  • If an entity, you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract, if it be authorisation or business structure.
  • To authorise any investigations or inquiries into your account in the interests of verifying identity, combating fraud, conducting AML/CTF measures and meeting legal obligations.
  • Acknowledge and accept that KryptoX has not recommended or advised our services to you or your entity or deal in digital currencies.
  • Understand that there are hidden risks while using our services as well as dealing cryptocurrencies/digital currency.
  • Acknowledge and accept the terms under “Risk of Use” in other user agreements policy.
  • Understand and acknowledge the complications of digital currencies and have the sufficient knowledge of the nature, value, vitality of the digital currencies.
  • Ensure that the information you have given to KryptoX is completely accurate, complete and up-to-date and is only yours.
  • Ensure that any information that is requested by us is accurate, complete and up to date when conducting an investigation, updating information or whatever the nature be.
  • Ensure, accept and acknowledge that you will have to pay fees when using KryptoX platform and it’sassociated services, as well as promise to pay these fees to KryptoX or it’s associated services
  • Ensure, accept and acknowledge all the policies terms, including, but not limited to, User Agreements, Privacy Policy, AML/CTF and Terms of Use.

In order to complete the registration process, you must provide personal information as well as have the account activated once it is passed appropriate measures such as AML/CTF. We may ask you to provide us with information such as your name, phone number, email address and potentially information about your business's legal entity. We may also ask you about your business information.

If you wish to use our services, you must agree to give us this information:

  • To provide a full name, gender, date of birth, occupation, official government processed document such as a passport, drivers license or Tax ID.
  • If a business, provide legal business tax ID, GST registration, business bank account provider, company website, DBA and office physical address.
  • To provide your phone number, or mobile, to be used when conducting OTP Verification.
  • Confirmation of the beneficial owner of the FIAT currency bank account, if it be you.
  • Additional information such as Photo ID that may be needed to comply with laws such as AML/CTF (Anti money laundering and Counter the Financing of Terrorism.).

The following terms are agreed when you starting using our services and therefore after, you agree that We reserve the right to terminate your account, but not limited to, in the following circumstances:

  • Violating any terms setout in our “User agreement”.
  • To comply with any law that you may have broken or have been found guilty of.

  • Have not paid fees for transactions or any fees associated with our services.

You hereby agree that we may terminate, suspend, stop processing or completely remove your account from the KryptoX.com services.

By ending use of the Services and any associated account, you can terminate those Terms. Any section or term that, in its nature, requires or is not required in order to carry out these Terms, remains subject to the termination and termination of these Terms.

We ultimately possess the right to decline a sale, transaction or any type of service we offer and if we believe it violates a Term of Use. 2 Prohibited Methods/Use

It is prohibited and may lead to a suspension, termination or a limitation of your account if you were to use our services to any of the following purposes:

  • To use an account with verification.
  • To conduct any type of solicitation.
  • To use our services while driving or operating any type of motor vehicle.
  • To promote any securities or vulnerabilities.
  • Engage in any fraudulent behaviour, deceptive, malicious including any activity that involves hacking into any KryptoX Wallet or Account/Services.Using or creating more than one account.
  • Falsifying user details or personal information.
  • Using the services for anything other than lawful purposes.
  • Impersonating any individual or business entity inorder to open an account, gain access to an account or any communication with KryptoX
  • Intercepting or monitoring any type of data that isn’t intended for your person or business entity.
  • Develop, create or modify our software/services to maliciously gain access to another account.
  • Introducing, creating or maliciously developing software that acts as a virus, trojan, worms etc in order to maliciously attack KryptoX, it’s services or it’s users.

You have hereby agreed to comply with all these subjects as well with any applicable law in connection with your user of our services. You may not use our services for any of the above reasons, or anything that may contribute to a criminal offense, this WILL result in a termination, suspension or deletion of your account and may lose your digital currencies or digital assets.

2.1 Appropriate Conducts When Using Account

  • When using KryptoX services you agree that you will appropriately conduct yourself and your account, you agree that you will stand by these terms:
  • Not to open a secondary account unless you disclose and ask permission of KryptoX
  • Not to leave your KryptoX account open while unattended.
  • To update your computer to the latest software to make sure no security is vulnerable in your device.
  • Not to let anyone but yourself access your user account or any services provided by KryptoX without prior permission or disclosure to KryptoX.
  • To disclose and appropriately communicate with KryptoX if you believe or suspect anyone has tried to actively gain access to your user account.
  • You MUST create a password that hasnt been used on any other account you may possess on the internet. We encourage you to use two-factor authentication. We also encourage and you must agree that you will change your password within an appropriate timescale of 3 months.
  • If you violate any of these terms, you may be suspended, terminated or your account limited. To ensure that this does not happen, stick to our terms.

KryptoXs Rights

We are sufficiently allowed to conduct our rights under clause class 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 2, if the user has breached, or have been found to breach any of these Terms of Use or have been found to have broken any law, regulation statute or legal obligation, we may do the following to your account, but not limited to:

Communicate via email, telephone or any form of communication a warning.

Suspend, terminate or delete your KryptoX account.

Make limitations on your account/services.

Co-operate with any law enforcement or regulatory bodies, which may include disclosing various information about your account.

Warn KryptoX users of your behaviour within your transaction history..

The clause section 3 does not limit our rights towards the user. You hereby agree and acknowledge that our rights may change and have no limitations to improve or match regulations, laws or statutes.

Your Responsibility

Our Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with our services, when using and have completed any type of transaction or service. Following any update of our fees, by using our platform you remain in an agreement thus accepting the fees.

Our fees are deemed a part of our Terms of Use, we hereby reserve the right to change our fees and associated shelude. We give you appropriate notice when changing our fees and aim for no later than 3 weeks of notice.

Taxes, Responsibility, Tax Liabilities

You Must Pay Associated and Applicable Taxes. It is fully your responsibility to pay all taxes in relation to our service, if it be transactions or any digital assets you may hold. If you receive more than £20,000 gross payments in a given calendar year and (ii) more than 200 payments in the same calendar year, KryptoX shall, as the rule requires, report to the Internal Revenue Service annually your name, address, identification number of the employer, the sum of the dollar of your incoming payments in the calendar year and the total of the monthly payments you receive in the same month.

No Representation, or Relation to Tax Liabilities. We are not obligated to determine the required amount to be paid for your taxes when in connection to our services. You agree not to hold any liabilities against us if any, but not limited to, losses, damages or related occur, see clause 5 (Indemnity.)

Indemnity

You agree to indemnity KryptoX, affiliates and or its related entities and any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and or relevant stakeholders from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, judgments and claims of any and every kind, including, but not limited to, costs, expenses, solicitor or barrister fees from any type of, but not limited to, investigation, audit, action, complaint, claim, inquiry, proceeding from a business entity or person/persons,

KryptoX cant provide nor guarantee some levels of consumer law due to its nature, including guarantees like fitness of purpose and quality of information or goods.

No Warranty nor Guarantee

We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, information or reliability of this platform. All of our information and entire platform is provided As is and As available without any form of warranty or guarantee, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, purpose, title, errors, virus, security or non-infringement.

2.3 Accessing and Information When Termination, Suspension or Cancellation. In the event that we terminate, suspend, or cancel any transaction or your KryptoX.com account, upon termination or deletion, unless prohibited by law or by any court in the jurisdiction, you may access your KryptoX.com account or associated services for the following uses:

  • For 90 days thereafter for the entire purpose of transferring any digital cryptocurrency assets held within your KryptoX.com account or its associated services.
  • We store all data for a 6-year period thereafter the termination date, you may be able to access your account for the purposes of transferring cryptocurrencies or digital assets held.

In the event that we terminate, cancel or delete your account, we may prohibit the usability and functionality of that KryptoX.com account or service, not including the functionality of moving digital cryptocurrency assets.

Risks Associated with Crypto

3.1 Risks Associated.By using KryptoxX.com and its associated services you acknowledge the risk of using the service and our platform, you acknowledge the risk and use it at your own risk and the risk of losing any digital currencies or cryptocurrencies.' You hereby acknowledge the following risks when using cryptocurrency services and our platform:

The digital cryptocurrency may cause losses in short periods of time due to, but not limited to, fluctuations in the price and liquidity of the cryptocurrency in question, changes in regulation, law or statue, a risk of losing deposit insurance protection, legal tender, which doesn't particularly reflect the date of which the transaction was made.

Transferring or anytime of transaction may occur in losses due to, but not limited to, sudden fluctuations in prices, you hereby agree that this is an external risk and isn't related to KryptoX.com or it's associated services.

Transferring The very nature of Digital Currencies or cryptocurrencies may lead to an increased risk of cyber-attacks, fraud or identify fraud and may result in technological difficulties may occur, KryptoX have installed the appropriate measures to halt the percentage of the occurrence. You must consider if such trading responsibilities are suitable for your financial and emotional position.

The total value of fiat currency or digital currencies may be derived due to the market volatility and may result in large loss or total loss of the value of that said digital currency or cryptocurrency'

3.2 Financial data collection.. You must acknowledge that we collect some data in order to connect third-party websites which gather financial data to ensure that the user with a better statistical analysis of the market and recommended trades.

Reasonable Care

4.1 Security and Safety. KryptoX.com and services use the most secure, up-to-date security measures in order to combat any type of fraudulent or illegal activity, but as for any platform, interruptions can occur or any other interruptions facing the platform, they can range from delays, errors in service, inaccuracies and system outages. We agree to ensure that all measures that reasonably take care of our platform's system and its usability, data, and storage. You hereby agree that we are not responsible for any system failures caused by a third-party, human-error or technological failure.

4.2 Responsibility for Your KryptoX account. When you set up your account with KryptoX or services you agree to take responsibility for user-side accounts information, for example password and user login details.

KryptoX Services Account Limitations

Once agreeing to the user agreement and associated policies, you must register an opening account with KryptoX, which results in the following;

5.1 Responsibility of your account. You solely agree that it's your responsibility to create a strong password whichis not seen on your other accounts or any online service, you also agree to maintain the security of your account, of such password. You must disclose to us any potential or factual attack or login that you didn't make. You also agree that you will not grant any type of access to the KryptoX account, unless an applicable law or regulation forces you to do so.

5.2 Currency, transfers and services activation. In connection with the AML/CTF regulation, FCA regulations and FIU regulations, KryptoX can only activate your account once you have verified your personal identification or business identification, once you've successfully complied with the Compliance Program, you are permitted to make transfers or any type of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawals and Limitations. When withdrawing fiat or crypto currencies, this can only be done when using a verified KryptoX, this applies to deposits. Any deposit or withdrawal will be processed based on the User agreement and may be delayed due to many factors

5.4 Fiat Currencies. When You hereby acknowledged that you are not allowed to receive Fiat currency funds in your account only from yourself, any Fiat currency which isn't directly from yourself will be classed as unauthorised and we reserve the right to investigate the source of the funds in your account and are permitted to handle the disposition in classification of the user agreement in section 1 to 1.4. In the event that the Fiat currencies in question are not that of your own, we reserve the right to lawfully dispose of them in accordance with the appropriate applicable laws, regulations and statutes.

You must be responsible for the device of which you access our services platform, and ensure that the device is secure, you hereby agree that we will not be held responsible for any security breaches or losses made by using a Weak' password or username.

In To access any KryptoX services, you must provide the platform with a username and a password, once that is met, you will be provided with a two factor authentication method such as ShortMessage Service or One Time Password application such as Google Auth, you are solely responsible to keep such devices secure and safe and maintain adequate security. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring adequate security measures, loss of the device which may result in loss of digital currencies or third-party access to the account.

7.3 Safety and Security of Your Device or Devices. In KryptoX.com is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss or interruptions caused by any security breach, virus, trojan or any type of malicious software. We recommend you use the adequate procedures such as anti-virus updates to ensure that your device is not vulnerable to such attacks.

7.4 Password Security. As mentioned above,we require you to provide a secure and strong' password and username to stop any attempts of password breaches. When your electronic device or security data is lost or damaged, third parties may gain unauthorised access to your KryptoX account and any e-money, digital currency and/or funds storedin your KryptoX account and associated accounts such as your linked bank account(s) or credit card(s). You must still safeguard your security information. You should not, for example, write it down or make it available to anyone.

Legal Responsibility

8.1 Entire agreement. Collectively throughout all policies, AML/CTF, Privacy Policy and any other policy included on the KryptoX website or services are a collective of the user agreement and you hereby agree to them and have entered into an agreement, including any future or earlier version of the agreements/policies.

8.2 Legal Costs. Any legal costs you may have faced in reference to an KryptoX account you indemnify us for any legal costs and expenses directly related to any result of regulatory inquiry, legal action, litigation, dispute or investigation if such an event would occur. In the result of the above, we are entitled to charge your account/you for such legal costs or expenses and or settle with any assets still withhold in your KryptoX account and or hold those assets until the debt is settled.
